Perfect location near transport options.

The self-check-in process left me frustrated and confused. Additionally, the written instructions were inadequate, causing significant delays in accessing my room. And while the overall cleanliness was good, the lack of tissues in the bathroom was a real inconvenience and unexpected.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the self check-in process was confusing and relied on mobile data.

this place could have been a gem, but oh my goodness, no breakfast included? ! also, no one around to help me check in after struggling with the room code. it was like a scavenger hunt for my room. as a special guest, i expected a complimentary upgrade or gift, but alas, nothing! absoluteley disappointing!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station, which made it easy to catch trains and explore. I found the room extremely comfortable and clean, and the amenities provided, like the replenished water in the mini-fridge, were thoughtful touches. I had a fantastic stay! The newly renovated room exceeded my expectations and was impeccably clean. Plus, the water replenished in the mini-fridge was a thoughtful touch. However, the self-check-in process felt a bit impersonal without a staff member on-site to greet us.

Recommend it for solo travelers

Once you get all the check in stuff sorted (all done via messaging), it’s a great place to stay. I left my airpod in the room, and by the time I realized, the staff had it mailed back to my apartment in the US within a day. The room was clean and had everything you could need. I appreciated that it’s steps away from the train station. The communication from the host allowed for smooth self-check-in, which I didn’t know I would love so much until I got there.

It not exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

fantastic base for exploring nearby landmarks and parks

I stayed for two nights and loved that it was just a block from Termini station, making it super easy to catch trains and get around the city. the room was very clean and felt secure, allowing me to truly focus on the amazing sights nearby like the Colosseum and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, both just a pleasant walk away.
